A new Hydrogen atom model

Based upon the ideas of Randell L. Mills MD, and Steven Florek, combined with my own supposition that rest mass and electrostatic potential energy are one and the same, I have put together the following Mathcad document .
Mathcad readers and plug-ins can be obtained from Mathsoft .
A derivation of the kinetic energy of the electron in the ground state of the hydrogen atom from the magnetic field energy showing that they are one and the same can be found here .  This derivation is based around the concept of the De Broglie wavelength of the electron being able to wrap around the hydrogen nucleus multiple times in a three dimensional Lissajous figure.  Standard QM assumes quantisation of angular momentum. That assumption is replaced here with the only requirement being that the De Broglie wave be in phase with itself  when the pattern is complete. In the standard model of the hydrogen atom, this same restriction exists, however the further restriction is imposed that the De Broglie wave must be in phase with itself after at most one circuit. It is this last restriction that is dropped in this model. The result is a hydrogen atom that has the ability to shrink.
This results in energy levels that are in agreement with those calculated by Dr. Randell Mills, though the mechanism which maintains balance within the atom is different (Dr. Mills assumes excess charge creation through trapped photons, while this model is based upon multiple "wraps" of the De Broglie wavelength). The difference between the two models reveals itself primarily in the predicted radii of the shrunken atoms. Dr. Mills predicts a radius that shrinks proportional to the inverse quantum number, while this model predicts a radius that shrinks proportional to the inverse square of the quantum number.
